OUR APPROACH
The four stages.
Every engagement follows the same four stages. What happens inside each stage depends on the challenge, the people involved and the result you need.
1. Diagnose
Before we design anything, we work out what really needs to change. We talk to the people involved, look at how the work is done today and agree what success will look like.
You get: a clear statement of the challenge, what is causing it and how progress will be measured.
Fluent: hands-on AI training that gives people their time back.
2. Design
We shape the solution around the outcome. That might be a programme, a pitch, an experience or a mix of all three. You see and agree the design before anything is built.
You get: a design you can review, change and approve.
Structured programmes that help new talent perform in demanding professional environments.
3. Deliver
We deliver the work, or deliver it with your team and specialist practitioners where their knowledge matters. People work on real tasks, not abstract exercises.
You get: sessions, experiences or materials, delivered as designed.
Programmes that strengthen decision-making, communication and team performance.
4. Demonstrate
We return to the measures agreed at the start. Methods are proportionate to the work, and we are honest about what can and cannot be evidenced.
You get: an honest account of what changed, and recommendations for what comes next.
Learning consultancy, programme design and experiential workshops, facilitated in person or online.
WHERE TO START
Start with a diagnostic.
Sometimes the most useful first step is to understand the problem properly. Our diagnostic is a standalone, paid piece of consultancy. You keep the findings, whether or not we work together afterwards.
What it is
A distinct piece of consultancy that defines the real challenge before any solution is chosen.
Fluent: hands-on AI training that gives people their time back.
What it covers
People and learning needs, and wider organisational and business problems: priorities, ways of working, communication and change.
Programmes that strengthen decision-making, communication and team performance.
What you receive
Findings in plain terms: the challenge, its likely causes, what success would look like and options for what to do next.
Programmes that strengthen decision-making, communication and team performance.
Scope and fee
Agreed with you around the challenge, before any work starts.
Learning consultancy, programme design and experiential workshops, facilitated in person or online.
DEMONSTRATE
How we demonstrate impact.
We agree measures at the start, choose methods that fit the work, and report what the evidence shows. Where something cannot be measured, we say so.
-
Experience: was it relevant and well run?
-
Capability: can people do more than before?
-
Behaviour: are people working differently?
-
Results: did it make a difference to the work? Reported only with your agreement.
